We charge a flat rate of $12 per order for postage in Australia.

Depending on the items you choose, you may receive your order in two separate deliveries. We process orders as quickly as possible. You can expect to receive your order within 1-2 weeks from processing. Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item if it is not able to be supplied. However, we will offer you a refund for any item that is purchased and becomes unexpectedly out of stock.
Faulty or damaged items
In the unlikely event that the items received are faulty or damaged on delivery, please notify us within 14 days.
For products made from natural materials, it is normal to have inconsistent pattern, texture and feel. This adds to the charm of the products.
Any damaged goods must be accompanied by photos for our team to inspect and arrange the most suitable solutions for our customers. If the product received is confirmed damaged, a refund will be provided.
If your order is lost or damaged beyond repair in transit, please contact our staff as soon as possible so that we can contact the freight company immediately to arrange for the best solution.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
Incorrect products received
In the unlikely event that you received an incorrect product:
• Please contact us within 14 days of receiving order via email to arrange the best solution.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and unassembled.
• Shipping fee for returned products will be fully covered.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes things just aren’t right so we are happy to return a product provided that the item in question is:
- returned within 14 days of receiving order.
- as new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging.
- in a resalable condition.
- not damaged in any way.
- You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping. If the item is not received by us, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If the returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
Important Notes
For returned goods, it is important to note that it would only be accepted in original condition and packaging. Prior to returning an item, please contact The Tac Trie to obtain the Returns Order Number (RO Number) for smooth transaction and further understanding to the cause of returning the products.
With any claims, it is important to be supported with a proof of purchase.
